This site (cristofolini.site) is run by me, Dhiego Cristofolini, as an individual — not a company. This page explains what data the site collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the fields you fill in (name, email, budget if provided, and your message) are sent directly to my personal email inbox through Resend, a transactional email API. The form does not write to a database — there's no separate record of your submission beyond the email itself, which lives in my inbox until I delete it.

I use your email address only to reply to you. I don't add it to a mailing list, and I don't share it with anyone else.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how many people visit and which pages get read. GA4 sets cookies to do this, but those cookies are blocked by default — they only load after you accept the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent for your visit.

GA4 is operated by Google LLC. Data collected includes pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level, derived from IP, not the IP address itself), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This site does not use Google Analytics for advertising, and no ad-related cookies are set (ad_storage stays denied regardless of your analytics choice).

Cookies

Two kinds of storage happen on this site:

• A local preference cookie/storage value that remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics — this is strictly necessary to avoid showing the banner on every page and isn't itself used for tracking.
• GA4 cookies, only set if you accept the banner, as described above.

No advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies are used on this site.

Your rights (LGPD)

Under Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), you can ask me to:

• Confirm whether I hold any data about you
• Show you what I have (in practice: an email in my inbox, if you've used the contact form)
• Correct or delete it
• Withdraw analytics consent at any time — clear your browser's local storage for this site, or email me and I'll note it

Send any of these requests to dhiegopiresc@gmail.com. I'll respond directly since this is a one-person site, not a company with a formal request pipeline.

Hosting

The site itself is static HTML served from standard web hosting, with no visitor data stored on the server. The only server-side processing is the contact form relay described above.

Changes to this policy

If what this site collects changes, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
